Bio
Alex was a QuICS postdoctoral scholar from 2022 to 2023. His primary research interests lie in the fields of quantum cryptography and post-quantum cryptography. In particular, his research focuses on the design of secure quantum computation protocols and on the study of the security of protocols in the presence of quantum adversaries. Alex received his PhD from University of Edinburgh in December 2020 and was a postdoctoral scholar at Inria Paris from January 2021 to December 2021. He is an Assistant Professor (Chancellor Fellow) at the University of Edinburgh.
